About Life For Africa

May 2012

Life for Africa is a humanitarian organization that strives to serve the continent with excellence.  We serve all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender.

His Majesty, Drolor Bosso Adamtey I, also known in private life as Dr. Kingsley Fletcher, founded Life for Africa, Inc. (LFA) in 1999 to provide humanitarian support to the continent of Africa. While serving as Special Advisor to the Assistant Secretary General and Director of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP)-Africa, he saw first hand areas of great need in Africa especially in Education, Healthcare, Social and community development, Economic empowerment and Technology leverage. There was a need to respond to the basic treatable  diseases and economic challenges forcing children to work instead of being schooled, as well as disparities in the area of technology which hindered community development.

Life for Africa is in a unique position to make a significant difference in the lives of the African people. Compelled by these overwhelming challenges, His Majesty is taking  strides to improve these areas of need. His understanding of culture, people, and social and political landscapes of Africa enables LFA to maximize its efforts on the continent.

Africa has tremendous potential that has not been utilized. LFA outreach programs are opening great doors as well as providing the African people with sustainable skills and tools for the coming generations. LFA seeks to establish partnerships with individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations, institutions and foundations  to procure gifts/donations and services to enhance the quality of life for the people.
